Profile

Prior to joining SSBP as a partner in 2010, Michael maintained an independent practice in Litigation, Construction Litigation, Franchise Law, and Trust and Estate Litigation. Michael handled franchising documentation, franchisor/franchisee disputes, probate disputes, business, corporate and contract litigation, enforcement of foreign and domestic judgments, and appellate work in these areas.

Michael’s clients include national companies and industry, individuals, franchisors (national, regional, and international), franchisees, partnerships and families. He represents residential and commercial construction litigation claimants and has assisted these groups and individuals in recovering tens of millions of dollars in damages due to construction defects and/or contract disputes. Michael has practiced in multiple States, and taken matters to the highest court of resolution, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
