Due to Kyle’s vast and varied experience with a number of industries and a wide variety of complex transactions, Kyle has been able to work on major transactions that are normally only seen at major firms. He has handled very complex transactions, first at a specialized boutique firm and then later at some major downtown firms and branch offices of national firms. Kyle joined SSBP in May of 1991 and has continued to work on complex and large corporate transactions that smaller firms do not typically represent.
Kyle has been representing many of his clients for over 25 years and has helped these clients adapt to changing financial conditions. He has represented clients in a number of different industries including oil and gas exploration and production, mid-stream pipeline operations, natural gas compression, mortgage and mortgage servicing, health care and physical therapy, financial industry/savings and loan associations, real estate and sports teams.
